All orders are processed within 0–6 business days (Monday to Friday).




Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.




Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

The shipping timeframe begins after your order has been processed.

United States

• Express Shipping: 2–6 business days




European Union


• Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days


• Express Shipping: 2–6 business days




International (outside US/EU)


• Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days


• Express Shipping: Not available




Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to customs, weather, or courier disruptions.




3. Shipping Costs


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.




Orders containing items from different suppliers may arrive separately, with individual shipping charges shown.




4. Delivery Issues


Lost Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 60 days of the order date.




Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report issues within 14 business days of delivery.


Clear photographic evidence is required for resolution.


We will offer a replacement or refund if the issue is due to:




Manufacturing defects




Wrong item shipped




Shipping damage




Lost in transit with a valid address




We do not provide reprints or refunds for:




Incorrect address provided by customer




Claims of non-receipt with "Delivered" tracking




Delays still within estimated shipping window




Subjective dissatisfaction with product
