At Teevolic.store, our commitment is to your satisfaction. To clarify our procedures for handling order issues, please review the following guidelines.




A. Order Processing and Changes


Order Adjustments: Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, order modifications, including cancellations, are only possible before the manufacturing process begins. This window is typically within 12 hours of order placement.




Address Corrections: Any changes to the shipping address must be communicated within 3 days of your order to ensure proper delivery.




Production Time: Orders are typically produced within 0–6 business days before shipping.




B. Delivery and Potential Issues


Delivery Timeframes: Our estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, it may be classified as "lost in transit."




Lost Package Claims: Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the order date for review and resolution.




C. Resolution of Order Errors


We will issue a reprint or refund at no additional cost to you if:




The product has a manufacturing defect.




The product was damaged during shipping.




You received an incorrect item.




The order was lost during shipping, and the provided address was correct.




The order exceeded the standard delivery time, and tracking shows no delivery.

Clear photos of the issue (different angles, close-ups, etc.)




We do not offer refunds or reprints if:




You selected the wrong size or variant.




The product meets our manufacturing standards but did not meet your expectations.




Tracking shows "Delivered," but you claim non-receipt.




Delivery failed due to an incorrect shipping address provided.




D. Returns and Exchanges


Returns: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. In the event of a verified issue, we will reprint or reship at no cost.




Exchanges: We are unable to offer exchanges. Each product is custom-made and not held in stock.




E. Order Fulfillment


Product Substitutions: If an item is out of stock, we may substitute it with an item of equal or higher quality (same size and color). If a suitable alternative is not available, we will cancel and refund that item.
